* WHERE...Eastern Macon County in north central Missouri...
Northern Randolph County in north central Missouri...

* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 355 PM CDT, transportation department officials indicate
closed roads due to high water. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, additional moderate to heavy
rainfall is likely through tonight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Macon, Bevier, Atlanta, Cairo, Jacksonville and Excello.

AFTERNOON FOR EASTERN MACON AND NORTHERN RANDOLPH COUNTIES...

At 223 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned
area. Several road washouts were reported near Bevier, and flooding
has also been reported in Excello and east of Cairo. Flash flooding
is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

At 127 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned
area. Several reports of flooding have been received between Macon
and Cairo. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
